Companioning Through Practice and Change

At EiE, we don’t simply offer coaching—we walk alongside those navigating the thresholds of change. Whether you're facing addiction, anxiety, depression, or seeking better balance in daily life, our work is grounded in real-world experience: over 25 years of practice across healthcare systems, grassroots communities, and lived recovery.

We call our guiding lens the “Around You” philosophy. It grew from the quiet resilience of Slavic routines and the deep listening found in Celtic healing—two traditions we’ve braided together not as opposites, but as complementary rhythms. “Around You” begins in the spaces you already inhabit: your kitchen, your breath, your morning rituals. It invites you to restore your health, tend your home, and nourish your body—not through prescription, but through attention. Rhythm over routine. Witnessing over fixing.

In our coaching sessions—offered individually or in curated packages—we help you turn everyday patterns into restorative practices. We don’t ask you to climb out of your life; we help you re-enter it with steadier feet

The Quiet Mythos Gallery

“Every offering begins with listening—not to fix, but to witness.”

Our “Around You” philosophy centers on your immediate environment as a site of reflection and renewal. In this spirit, we invite you to step into The Quiet Mythos—an experiential gallery that deepens these ideas through symbol, story, and seasonal rhythm. Here, coaching becomes contemplation, and the everyday reveals its sacred undercurrents.

The gallery also hosts our Quiet Mythos course, where guided practices and narrative frameworks support your unfolding. Learn more and begin your journey.

Each station of the gallery unfolds as a threshold—Arrival, River, Pathway, Home—woven with symbolic images and texts designed to evoke quiet agency.

Jim is a great lecturer, who taught me health and social care at college. He is very straightforward, and clear about what he's teaching and will modify his teaching style if a student doesn't understand a certain aspect of what he is teaching. I highly recommend him as a tutor and feel he will have his student's best interests in mind and achieve their learning outcomes.

Enter the Experience

Step into a space where rhythm replaces routine, and transformation begins with quiet noticing.

Our course, Mapping the Spiral: A Living Guide, offers a contemplative journey through seasonal rituals, mythic storytelling, and symbolic frameworks that reconnect you with your environment, your patterns, and your inner clarity. Rooted in the Around You philosophy and enriched by Celtic and Slavic traditions, this guide helps you uncover meaning in daily life through practical and poetic tools.

As part of the experience, you're also invited to explore the Quiet Mythos Gallery—a visual and narrative portal that echoes the themes of the course. Stations such as Arrival, River, Pathway, and Home open thresholds of reflection through text, image, and gentle rhythm.

Together, they offer not just knowledge, but a return: to yourself, your breath, and your way forward.
